At Lake Shore Park, security and peace of mind are paramount. Our community features gated access with nighttime closure and security cameras. Residents enjoy the benefits of a well-maintained environment, with monthly maintenance fees kept at an affordable $140.00, thanks to the dedicated involvement of our volunteer residents. Please note, to preserve our peaceful atmosphere, pets are not allowed.

"This MHP is generally clean, well manicured, good facilities. I started going there 10+ years ago visiting a friend & have made more friends whom I also now visit when they are "in residence". If you speak Canadian French you're golden as the population there is about 80%. For those of us who don't (always wished Mamere had taught me!) it can be a challenge to join in activities. But then it's doubtful you would be there without knowing that already. Bonjour!"
