The old fan was not secured properly to the ceiling and it vibrated quite a bit with any speed over slow. I thought it would be an easy 1-2-3, we're done job, thank you. Boy, was I wrong. Two service guys came out, Ken and Nick. They were so methodical in removing the old fan and replacing the new one. The details they did in hooking and securing the new fan to the ceiling was very reassuring to me. All is working very well. Thank you once again, Buell.
