About the Business
Welcome to Christ Church-Longboat Key, a warm and welcoming place of worship located at 6400 Gulf of Mexico Drive, Longboat Key, Florida. We are a friendly church community that celebrates God’s love for ALL through meaningful worship, music, study, fellowship, and mission. Our doors are open to everyone on their journey to understand God’s love and presence in their lives.
Join us for our traditional worship service every Sunday at 10:00 AM EST. Whether you prefer to dress casually or formally, we welcome you to come as you are. Engage with us in worship in our beautiful Sanctuary or from the comfort of your home through our live streaming service.
At Christ Church, we offer numerous opportunities to grow in faith and fellowship. Participate in Pastor Julia's study series on Eugene Peterson's "A Long Obedience in the Same Direction," exploring 15 psalms. Sessions are available via Zoom on Mondays or in-person on Thursdays. Sign up in the Fellowship Hall or online, and bring a friend along!

"Our family doesn't attend this church, but on a weekend trip the beach all the parking lots were full. After several hours of searching and being stuck in traffic we decided to park along a back street of the church. While we were walking around the street, a lovely man with an accent came out and permitted us to cut through the parking lot. It was a small gesture, but it reminded me there are still great people in the church. If this kindness is any indication, then this is a loving church."
