"Had a great experience at siesta. Stayed in 102A. Pool, hot tub and area were extremely clean. Our room was exactly as pictured and clean. The beach was a short walk and absolutely pristine. Amenities provided were awesome we utilized the beach chairs and a net ( for the kids). Thanks for a wonderful stay we will be back!"

"Visited RVA to be greeted by Christy Ward Reservations Supervisor, She could not grasp the dates we wanted to book , and was unfriendly as she tried to understood the dates. Offered to email quotes but we asked for two on the spot. She then offered to email more quotes, Which she did not send . We felt she didnt want to deal with us . We have now booked elsewhere due to being underwhelmed by the lack of service."

"My family has been staying at the Beach Castle for more than 20 years but we will not be booking again because of RVA. We unfortunately had to cancel our vacation this year because my mom is having surgery. I was told that I could cancel anytime on Jun 1 and that any charges made that day would be voided. On June 1 I called to officially cancel our reservations and was told it would be handled. Later that day I received an email that my card had been charged for the full amount even though I had already cancelled. When I called back to have the charged reversed I was told that even though I had cancelled before my card was ran, since they ran it anyway I would be charged over $2,000 and there was nothing they could do. The representative agreed that we did everything we were supposed to and that it should have been canceled but she would not let me speak with anyone in accounting even though she claimed it was their fault. We finally got her to agree to have someone above her call us but we have yet to hear from anyone. We also noticed that even though they took our money and have refused to refund us, they have already listed the unit we would have been staying in as available to rent that week. Very sketchy. I’ve also commented on their Facebook and IG accounts attempting to get someone to call us and fix this situation but all they’ve done is block me and delete my comments. We will be disputing the charges and taking legal action but do yourself a favor and find someone else to help book your Longboat Key vacation."

"I am very disappointed with my experience with RVA. I booked one of their listings through VRBO. 8 days before we leave for the trip, RVA called me and said the owner messed up their dates and could not accommodate us. They had two other properties available where we were staying, neither exactly what we had before. Instead of offering any discounts for the massive inconvenience, they only reimbursed use the difference since the unit was cheaper than what we had booked. The company feels like a bait and switch. We were given notice at the last minute, could not change our travel plans, and had to take the less desirable option with no actual discount or help from the company. If you value your vacation time and money. I recommend you use someone else for any future travel."

"The area is ideal however from the start we had issues. First one of the toilets was not flushing and the sink in the kitchen was not draining nor was the trash disposer working a Technitian came over and fixed these two things On the last night of our stay the water in both showers was not flowing we had to wait until the next day to have this issue resolved, so we had to go to another unit to shower. It turns out that the hot water valve had been turned off. !!!! In my opinion all these issues could have been avoided by having an inspection of all working parts checked prior to next guess arriving. On y the desconfianza issue I don’t know who could have turned off the valve but apparently it is easily accessible if any one can turn it off so some kind of lock or security needs to be placed Other than the above our stay was pleasant"
