"I applied here and got denied, the person I spoke with told me she was sending me information on why I was denied and rushed me off the phone. I have been trying to get ahold of them now for 5 days with no success and I still have no idea why we were denied. It's almost like as soon as I paid the application fee they won't answer the phone, return my calls or answer any of the emails I have sent regarding the situation. It sucks being in a position where you need to find a place, finding one and paying for the application just to be completely ignored once the payment was made."

"I've lived @ PalmHaven MHP for abt 2 yrs. It's quiet (almost totally kid-free [55+]), dog-friendly, well maintained and affordable. It's not a big fancy park but u can rent OR own your mobile home - it's friendly and has a neighborly feel. There are no double-wide homes - but most have Florida rooms or extensions of some sort built on. I really enjoy living at Palm Haven!"
