"First I had an appointment for 3 weeks out. They called had to reschedule for 2 more weeks. Had appointment told to walk around store to try them out. Came back to be told to come back next week for a fitting at 2. They called day before to reschedule for 11. Get there to be told appointment was at 10. Told I could reschedule soonest is 2 weeks. This is unacceptable."
"I went and had a hearing test done as I was told to go see an ENT in order to get my hearing aid and return with paperwork and the hearing aid would be ordered. I returned and was treated rudely by a guy that I had to wait 20 minutes to talk to because he was on a personal phone call and wasn’t happy that I interrupted his call. I was told that the paperwork that I received from the doctor was not good enough and I had to get another form filled out. I would have to return a week later and get the hearing aid. Today was my appointment and I was informed that they need to reschedule for a week later. Oh and to top it off I missed the special price that they had on the device I wanted. “Basically I Don’t Care “attitude. I was about to spend $2000 for the devices and they acted like I was trying to get them for Free. I just wanted to pay and order my hearing aids. CRAZY"
"I purchased the Kirkland 8.0. which are awesome. I trialed the Resound for several days a few months ago, at a different hearing center, and they are also good but more $. The COSTO audiologist who’s name starts with “H” has excellent customer service skills and is very competent and thorough in examination. They perform many tests including REM to assure a good program for your prescription. The experience exceeded my expectations. Overall a great value IMO."
"Treated with professionalism and complete honesty! At the urging of my wife I had my hearing tested here today. A kind and professional lady named India put me through the paces. This was a very new experience for me as I have never had my hearing tested in 62 years. My wife complains I don’t hear her. At the end of the test I was told I have some high range hearing issues (which would explain some difficulties hearing my wife) but nothing that would be improved by purchasing hearing aids. These folks could have told me ANYTHING and I would have rolled over and purchased whatever hearing aids they steered me towards. But they were honest and told me my hearing was OK!"
