"I like my park. Been here since Oct. Management-Sharon (Husband Art) very helpful and fair. I haven't met everyone yet, but my neighbors are great! Of course there are some you just ignore(Karens) as any other in life. I gave 4 ⭐️ for no pool. Quiet, clean and friendly. Lot rent very reasonable."

"My mom lived here for over 35 years and I've lived here for the past 13 years. I can't get a straight answer "who's in charge?" For the past decade, property managers gossip, apply park rules as it suits them, falsifies deed records, and demonstrate favoritism. Cook Companies needs to better screen local property managers and monitor their performance while on the clock."
