"I’ve lived here at River Bend for over 3 years. The only down side is no pool. The community clubhouse is great with games, tv & comfy seating. I have had interactions with all the staff & management. Everyone is respectful and very willing to help in an emergency. I love the location as it is convenient to everything. I could walk to Sims Park or over to 7-11. It’s really a great place to live in New Port Richey."
"Fantastic little community, has really progressed under the supervision of the property manager in the last 3 years! Has a dog park, located next to a shopping plaza and within walking distance to all that downtown NPR has to offer."
"While passing by I wanted to stop & take photos of the sign and all contact information. A tennant was outside and was helpful saying it was a nice park to live in and convenient walking distances to downtown and Sims Park."
"Under Florida statutes. Landlord has 60 days to return security deposit. And specify why it was not. Mr. Waterkuetter is the man in question. His eviction was overturned. His paper work shows 80.00 dollars clean up fee. His security deposit in total was 300.00 dollars. Dave and Steffany Gardner reply to him. His rent was paid on time every month. Til your husband threaten to bodily harm to him over a trash can. Police record shows."
"These managers here are a bunch of inbred crooks they will cheat and lie to you at the drop of a hat ,They will spend more than 6 months fixing a $500:00 shack and neglect the real owners of there homes in other words renters have more rights to service. How does the park make money when the boy's are riding the carts all day smoking ciggerets and working on the same crap for months and than after that they will work on the managers personal things hours and days at a time sick 12/26/15"
