"Probably one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. The gentleman taking my order had about as much personality as the door I opened walking in. I guess I offended him when I asked for a chopped salad because he informed me that they haven't been making them for 8 months. That's about all he said during the entire order. Didn't respond to anything else I said, no formalities or pleasantries whatsoever. I guess that shows how often I go to Subway and this is the exact reason why."
