"I absolutely love Jersey Mikes sandwiches and order their gluten free bread. I ordered a sandwich on 1/31/24 from the Little Rd location in NPR for my my first day of a 1500 mile drive home The store was busy and I clearly ordered gf bread since I questioned they had regular and giant available. My local shop in MA only offers regular size. The next day I stop for lunch after driving 300 miles and open my sandwich to find rosemary parmesan. I called the store and they confirmed that was not a gf roll. I was now far away from the store and nothing could be done. Please watch your gf orders. This could of turned out bad if I had eaten this sandwich."
"My husband & I used to come here a lot over the past 6 years! I actually deleted my prior review from 4 years ago due to the following before posting this 1. Yes, they cost more & last night will be our LAST TIME!! The prices $$$ kept creeping up more & more each time we go. Last night for 2 giant subs & a cookie, our total was $39.58! And they had the nerve to ask for a tip! My husband asked for the topping to be in a separate container, which we always do. To our surprise, when he got home, there were only 3 tomato slices in 1 container & 4 in another! This was totally unacceptable!! We don't live close enough to have gone back to get more! They have just lost 2 good custemers!!!"
"Staff was extremely helpful. Prices are a bit steep. The same sub with better bread can be purchased at Publix for half the price. But if you are looking for a sandwich that's fast and convenient, Jersey Mike's is a convenient option."
"Jersey Mike's sandwiches never disappoint. However, the prices are getting high. It's worth getting a "points" card which allow for free food after you spend a certain amount. This trip I had enough points to get a half sub free. Sign up if you haven't already."
