"Place is a dump, only storage of campers. Rvs, work trucks and trailers. NOT A PLACE TO CAMP. It Does have a good dump station with easy access, so if you need to dump your tanks, it's a good place, normal costs, nice personnel."

"Traveling thru and desperately needed a place to dump our RV. They wanted $50!!! Talk about gouging. They have a sign posted saying "be nice or leave" THEY were NOT nice. Ironic."

"The place has improved considerably. It is cleaned up and they got rid of an old trailer that had been causing some trouble. The other bad reviews I looked at the other stuff they put reviews on and they were mostly all negative. It’s pretty easy to sit back and talk negatively about everyone at their expense."

"We kept a boat trailer & truck here for a month. Clean, kept mowed and kept locked with a tall chain-link fence surrounding the property, tenants at gate keep an eye on things so felt very secure, reasonable price and easy to work with owner, we will use again when in the area."
