"I purchased a 2021 brand new mobile home in 2021 . My experience here has been great . Some of these reviews are ridiculous. You get trouble when you look for it . It’s an all age park , of course kids are gonna be around and having fun I’ve had no issues . Haven’t seen any drugs , the kids are really only out in summer and after school . My street is quiet, if you’re loooking for affordable home when no one bothers you this is the place"
"We left 7 years ago because my neighbor across the street was a drug dealer and had guns and an anger problem. Kids in the neighborhood were assaulting my children. I wanted a better life for them. This park is TERRIBLE I lived here for many years 2 different times. It made me motivated enough to never live in a trailer again."
"if you like it semi quiet, dont move here. LOUD LOUD LOUD mexican music a BASS BASS BASS all day all night and cops dont do nothing. manager will come tell them to turn it down but as soon as she leaves they crank it back up louder. they drink and hoot n holler. people moving out like crazy becaus of it. some of us have phone and security cam audio/video to prove it but it just seems like nothing can be done. kiddy parties with teens racing dirt bikes every night after 8. if you retaliate with your music or engine YOU are the jerk. if you love NOISE all hours of the night.....be my guest and move right in because our place and our neighbors place will all be available shortly. also, no pool, park is 1 swing in a 20x20 dirt spot with 1 small basketball hoop and holes kicked in the divider walls. people double park all up and down the roads."
"A friend lives there front is nice people are cool management has to get rid of some neighborhood pains but overall nice place"
"Somewhat family-friendly, lots of kids playing in the street everyday. A few of the homes are occupied by undesirables but good luck finding a trailer park that doesn't have undesirables. Lots of trash and clutter around the park. There is a youth soccer field not far with bright lights and is often quite noisy at night."
