Whispering Pines - Largo

"Do not move here if you have small children or medical needs that need the use of water second day in a row I'm without water. They always have “leaks” at lots and its off sometimes for the whole day. My children were hungry and i had to use what i had of water bottles just to make them lunch. Mind you my trailer has its own shut off. So I will never understand why they shut off the water to everyone. VERY unhappy. Been here for 2 years and I'm getting tired of constantly not having water. Not to mention we usually don't get a notification of the water being turned off before it is my husband has to call the office to figure out why we don't have water."

"Wouldn’t recommend anyone live in this park especially if you have children. The entire park is infested with rats and roaches to the point where the rats climb on telephone poles and electrical lines in the middle of the day. Terminx advised they service over 50 homes in the park for RATS. Lot rent is ridiculous but that’s really anywhere in Florida. Last but not least you can not park anywhere but your driveway and if you have more then 2 cars welp that’s your own problem. They will tow you so quick even if you’re parked in front of your own house or on the side of your house, with no extra parking spots offered. They say you can park at the office but the park goes at least a mile down and there’s only maybe 4 spots at the office which are almost never available. Again I wouldn’t recommend living here especially if you have children or a family."

"This place isn't worth it. If I could rate them zero stars, I would. They constantly raise rent; shut the water off without warning; threaten to charge people if they don't fix their yards to their liking, yet don't hold the worse properties in comparison accountable; and only fix the potholes near their main office instead of the main section that needs fixed for everyone else here. When we try to call them, they never answer either. Anyone looking for a place, do yourself a favor and keep looking."

"I need to get out of here. This has been the worst place I've lived by far. Water is constantly being turned off for whatever reason and without warning. They go out of their way to find things wrong with your place. My vehicle has been towed too many times for ridiculous reasons. Lot rent goes up and no improvements are made to the park. Residents are good people. It's a shame the park is this way."
