"Went to the store and paid my bill on Monday, the next day I got a text saying I hadn't paid it and was threatened my service was going to be turned off.. Called them when I got off work supposed to be ok with the representative. The following day I still get another phone call telling me the same thing. By this time I'm done! I call AT&t again he told me to go by the Mobile highway store I did John the manager there is very rude!! The guy that was supposed to take care of my bill the guy that didn't take care of my bill that was supposed to have he was from Miami so I guess it was offensive to this manager there I'll be visiting the one on 9 mi from now on. I never had an issue with anybody else there everyone else is very sweet."

"I have been getting 80 spam calls a day. So, I went to AT&T store to ask for help on blocking the calls. The young gentleman was amazingly helpful. Now, I'm only getting maybe 10 spam calls a day now. Thank you"

"When I initially left this AT&T store after working with Kayla and Cody, I was happy with my service because it was one of the first times I’ve been able to go into an AT&T store and not be stuck there forever. Come to find out, the employees forgot to provide crucial instructions for setting up my AT&T account. When I revisited the store, I was told the employees “should’ve” told me, but at that point it was too late. This is unacceptable. The staff is not adequately educated to help customers in-store or after you leave. The attitude of the employee was not apologetic nor helpful. Hell will freeze over before I ever step foot in this AT&T store again, recommend this store, or recommend Kayla/Cody. This is not the first time I have been extremely disappointed with AT&T and the customer service provided, it honestly seems to be their standard."
