"Management was diligent during the approval process, checked everything I'd want checked before someone moved in next to me. Best lot rent in Largo. Keystone II is clean, all the trailers have been updated some sided. LPD has really turned the neighborhood around too. Now it's all elementary aged kids and families."

"Great for all my mobile home needs! If I fell so far down the ladder of life that is. It's a pit of despair and a den of iniquity populated by denizens of ineptitude who like lost souls damned wander through the fog of a skewed and bent perception of the supposed reality they think is something else entirely. It's a meat grinder. I imagine that it won't be too much longer until it's razed to the ground and the residents uprooted to a more appropriate location. Department of Corrections most likely."

"We've lived here almost 2 yrs now and it has improved so much lately. The new manager and his awesome maintenance team are doing a great job cleaning this park up. I see alot of repairs, clean-ups, & improvements being made daily on the trailers, grounds, landscaping, and not to mention the whole neighborhood in general. A lot of the "bad" that was here...is now gone. I like my home, neighbors, and really enjoy living here."
