I've worked for the company for 5 years and yes time can be hard but what job isn't? Nestle has only given me opportunities to prosper and grow. Your role here at NQAC is extremely important and not to be taken lightly. So to those future seekers of employment, you want a job that gives you experience both in technical and relationship based? This is the place to be. Also the majority of those who write negative reviews are those who obviously didn't make the right choices at their job."

"Note: This is only for the microbiology department As Eric put it, the only reason to work here is to get your start in laboratory experience. Although the co-workers, for the most part, are great to work with, you will find yourself stagnated and looking for another job quickly. If you work in media prep, then ready yourself to be inundated with complaints and production issues from the other labs in which the finger is always pointed at you. Your start at NQAC will be through a temp agency. If/when you apply for a full time position, the content of your statements and answers during the conversion interview are not taken into consideration, but the rather the way you express them. The management and HR display callousness and are oblivious to what their workers are doing and do not listen to supervisors/employees (one of the current high level HR people's previous job was a manager at Six Flags before being hired at Nestle, no joke). The only redeeming quality at Nestle is the head of HR, Joe Walters, who will genuinely listen and take your thoughts and opinions into consideration and offer reciprocating feedback. Though, how much this helps you will vary depending on the situation. Be warned: There is constant communication within and between the labs about problems and concerns. Although you are strongly encouraged to speak up and participate, voice yourself carefully as what you say/think can and will likely bite you back. In summary, NQAC-Dublin is typical corporate America thinly veiled as a place of science. It has some great workers, but also has two-faced, guileful co-workers and management much like the rest of the corporate world, so tread lightly."
