"Was hoping to book an RV site here while visiting family in town. Unfortunately I was informed that this park doesn't accept RVs that are over 10 years old, because they want to "keep things looking nice." As we own a well-maintained retro RV, we won't be able to stay here. I'm sure it's a nice place to camp if you don't mind the militant classism."

"I usually avoid RV parks, but I really like this place! The staff has been very nice and polite to us every time. We do travel with a child, and as some people mention; kids are only allowed for 2 weeks at a time. This is because it is an adult community, but since it’s not 55+ we can still stay here. It’s close to Indian Rocks Beach, groceries, gas, nail and hair salons, restaurants etc. They have a pool, laundry room, full hook ups and trash service 2 times a week. Some have given this place a bad review because there are mostly mobile homes and permanent residents, but for me this is the best part. It’s so quiet and peaceful because you don’t have people coming and going every day. And even though I have a travel trailer myself, I much prefer a view of small, cute mobile homes that look like cottages over large RV rigs."

"I really don't know what people's problems are but we stayed here in April with 5 kids and everyone we talked to in the park was very friendly and overly welcoming one of the days we had to wait on a golfcart rental to get back and forth to the beach and we hung out at the pool for the most part of the day. Everyone was friendly and I had alot of good conversations a man that lives there in the park full time even came over to the pool and gave the kids a bike to ride and keep. I love this place and would recommend it to anybody."

"I drove from Destin to Indian rocks RV resort after seeing them online and reading a few reviews, on Google maps it shows that they closed at five and I got there at 4:38, they were closed apparently 430 is their closing time. I called and left a voice message and went looking for another place to stay. I stayed at the KOA not far away kind of pricey but very nice and in the morning Indian rocks gave me a call back the subject of my camper being self-contained was never brought up and we made reservations for me to park and camp for four nights. The resort has a clubhouse with showers and bathrooms but they lock them at 9 PM which I found odd. The morning after my first night there I went to the office to check in officially and pay for my stay and was told that because my camper was not self-contained fully self-contained I could not stay at their park as it would be a violation. I had no problem with that I understand that rules are rules. I felt like it put them in an awkward position and they were very understanding and patient with me telling me that there was no rush but that I did need to find another park to stay in they even offered suggestions where else I could stay. It was a little awkward as I never been told to leave an RV park before but I didn’t have a problem with it. My little camper has some very primitive conveniences like a shower bag and a chemical toilet/tent. But that did not conform to state regulations and I packed up and moved on. The reason I am leaving a four star review after being evicted is that they comped my night and were very polite and helpful on my exit. Should you have a fully contained RV and need a place to stay while in Largo I would definitely recommend the Indian rocks travel park in the off-season most of the RV sites are empty as it only Appeared about 20% occupied. Plus the rate was very fair."

"We stayed for 7 days foe the price it was great no one bothered us. We had a good time. We also are quiet. One thing they didn't collect trash until end. Trash got full . Anyways other then that top notch. There hook up was messed up luckily I had a 50 Amp cord. They have 30 an 50. There's not another place you'll find for the price. It was such a comfy place. It was kinda tight to pull in but nothing major. This place is somewhere I'll stay every year. An pulling a 27 ft camper 19 hrs was worth it. Our inlaws paid 3k for a week we paid 275 plus 600 in gas"
