"one of the worst experiences I have had at a bank. Very inexperienced and time waisting. I wanted to help my future daughter in law help build her credit and so the sales associate recommended a secured credit card and secured loan. It was supposed to be easy peasy. We were told all was good but then got a call that she needed us to sign something as she had forgotten to have us sign. I thought ok no problem and then a couple of days later she needed us to come back. What was supposed to be easy -peasy turned into an extra 4 hours of my time...really ridiculous. I would not recommend this bank at all!!!"

"The "Home" office put a 2 week hold on my paycheck that I deposited from my app. At the College Pkwy Location, where I was told to call, Rita was very rude on the phone "Nothing to do to help. Have a nice day Mame." and in person when I went in to close my accounts the same thing. I was expecting to have the $1,400 available to pay bills the next day after depositing. Even when I brought the paper check in, I was told by her that I could move my saving over to pay my bills and wait till they decided. No kidding! she said again, " Have a nice day Mame" She needs a new profession with no customer contact. Opening an account at Chase today"
