"Worst lending team I have ever seen!!! They literally have zero respect for deadlines or closing dates! They wait until the very last second, if they even respond, to tell you oh we need this and then when it’s all done and you think you’re gonna close oh I’m sorry we need this too oh and then we need this! Most ignorant lender ever! FOLLOW UP…. As per requested, Try calling, no answer, try emailing, no response! No one follows up, worst communication I’ve ever seen from a bank, they can go weeks without communicating! That is NOT okay, and apparently if your lender is out your just stuck in limbo until they come back! If I could give negative stars I would!"

"Simona Flores is phenomenal! Knowledgeable, friendly, and works incredibly efficiently! I have been in First Bank multiple times and worked with Simona directly 3 times. Each experience has been pleasant. Whoever manages that branch has created an atmosphere that is welcoming and conducive, to a comfortable banking experience. "This is definitely what Banking should be like! They are a small bank with just a few locations yet they well worth the little inconvenience of locating & driving there to set up an account. After which you can pretty much do everything online or on your phone. They have no hidden fees. They don't charge you to maintain your account or use different atms - just to vote a couple of examples. They also don't have the turnover in staff like the major banks do. This results in people remembering you, even if most of your contact is through phone. And that's helped me for a load of things - like them once honoring my checks on Monday even though my direct deposit wasn't even scheduled to go in till Wednesday. All I did was call and explain to my customer service rep & she pulled up my history and let it slide. Having this personal relationship with them also facilitates them extending you a line of credit or a loan quicker & with much less hassle than the bigger banks. And their customer service is top notch!"
