"They have only 1 person for the cashier. Therefore, the line is eternal, while they have other workers walking down the hallway doing nothing. So, if you are not willing to wait 40 or 50 minutes for the teller to serve you, I recommend another bank."

This is the same guy that shut the door in my face few months back with out saying a word to me as a customer because it was time to close the store, I would have been happy if he just acknowledge that I was a foot away from him and I just needed to use the ATM Machine. "Made the mistake of going in there on the first of the month. Super busy and they have plenty of staff in the branch but only two people working the counter. More over though manager is not friendly or helpful guy and almost refused me service. BOA used to be great now it’s just another big business that doesn’t care about it’s guest. Don’t go here if you can avoid it."
