"I was at this branch today to get a simple paper notarized. First they looked at it and told me to wait. After the wait they looked at it again to tell me they can’t do it. Why did you tell me to wait if you looked at it? No alternate solution offered just a straight no can’t do it. So I went to Chase bank where they made me wait even longer but at least they knew how to notarize a paper. I know they don’t require higher education to work at a bank but this was just unbelievable. Was looking for one reason to stay with Regions.. I hope they will know how to close my account when I find time to go back to do it."
