"My car was totaled in August of 2013. It was my first car accident so I went through the at fault insurance company instead of my own. I still owed about 13,900 on my vehicle at the time my car was totaled out and the at fault drivers insurance company only paid 10,000. Leaving a balance of almost 3,900. So I called them to have gap cover the rest as promised or I would have never bought the extra insurance to begin with. They said they could not pay because I did not go through my own insurance company and because the at fault driver did not have full coverage. After arguing with them I was told by Jennifer Holcomb that they would pay $1,000 of the remaining balance as a good faith payment. Reluctantly I agreed because something was better than nothing but come to find out they never even did that either. Now I am getting calls in 2023 that I still owe that $1,000 balance. Don’t waste your time or your energy on this company. They are liars and thieves. They will make up any lie or excuse not to pay and get you to stop calling them."
