I opened 2 new business and 1 saving account quickly and Iza answered all my questions beyond and above my expectations. She is so knowledgeable and knows what she's talking about. She is a quick problem solver, which is my favorite thing, no nonsense, straight to the point.They are lucky to have her. It means a lot to me since I just moved to St petersburg. I will certainly use this location in future. The entire team was very pleasant and helpful. Also Lindsey was great to deal with. Highly recommend this location."

"I have been with BOA for over 30 years and have never had a good customer service experience at any local branch hence I bank with other financial institutions for most of my daily banking needs. Today is an exception as my mom was having an issue with her ATM card. I thought it would be simple as taking her in and they just verified her IDS and be on our way . Turns out that there was a fraud alert on her card thus the reasons she can’t get gas or withdraw funds and the only way is to call the number on a slip that was given (fraud department) . The problem is that she can’t speak English and I longer can speak my native tongue to translate for her. I was getting annoyed and frustrated at this point - that’s when Skyler Ferris stepped in and offered to help resolve my mom’s issue. Skyler was professional, patience, and understanding of the situation. She called the fraud line for my mom AND got a translator for her as well to better communicate. In the end , issue was resolved and was also able to get my mom a new debit card to replace her ATM card. My mom was happy thanks to Skyler’s professionalism in resolving my mom’s banking issue ."

"They pour too much emphasis on their app. It's impossible to find a person to speak with on the phone. This is especially a problem for people with handicaps as you have to get into the office to talk to anybody to solve any kind of problem that isn't possible on the app and there's a lot of things that cannot be done on the app. Like correct transferring errors. That's really this is not a single store issue; it's global as far as this business is concerned"

"This post is to make corporate aware of the help that this location sorely needs. As the GM for a very large business in town my staff makes deposits here and requires banking needs such as change ETC several times per week. This place is a circus of antics and poor customer service on every level. We have experienced late openings, early closings, the security guard leaning against the wall looking away from the door oblivious to who is entering and leaving while playing on his phone. Another manager was unable to conduct business due to employees being locked in the safe and it being timed so they could not get out until it let them out??? The employees openly comment on the customers they like and don't like to other employees right in front of us while conducting business. This place needs an intervention ASAP."
