"I had a horrible first experience dealing with the Pinellas Park branch. I had an appointment I made online to have them call me regarding a promotion that ended by today. No one called and no one answered at the local branch number and no way to leave a message to call back. I tried twice, then I called a number I saw on the reviews, and no one answered there either and I was finally just disconnected. They had a nice promotion, and I was prepared to make a substantial deposit, but no way with this kind of customer service. I then checked their Yelp reviews, and they were even worse than google!"

"Was told that my large withdrawal would have to done in $10 & $20 bills because they were out of larger bills and did not know when they were getting them in. I was also treated rudely by both the teller and the branch manager over this inconvenience."

Thankfully, she answered the phone! She did her best to help but couldn’t immediately give what I needed. She called me back a few minutes later and told me to come through the drive through and pick up what I needed. She went above and beyond and saved our business thousands of dollars. She’s definitely an asset to your company!"
