"On 8/8/2024 around 450 pm I went to make an ATM withdrawal $400 in the ATM machine malfunctioned and it wouldn’t give me my cash causing my account to still show that $400 was taken out. I went inside. There was nothing they could do so I had to open a claim which they say would take up to 10 days. now, leaving me without $400 to pay bills. Like most of this country I live Paycheck to paycheck. Going in and talking to the lady at the counter, they knew that this was an ongoing issue with the ATM. The lady even mentioned to the other bank teller that the machine was broke again. I just got off the phone with Wells Fargo for the third time and they say there’s nothing they can do until they do the investigation on the ATM. It’s amazing how these companies don’t do anything to take care of the customer. As soon as this is resolved, I will be closing my account out with Wells Fargo"

"Came in because our business needed a letter "showing our account was in good standing", but with some odd formatting. Thomas S took the time to help me until everything met my requirements and was perfect. He could not have done a better job. The other staff was friendly as well."

"Opened a new account yesterday and I don't think it could go any smoother. I met probably all of the staff at the Dunedin branch, whom were all helpful and friendly. I look forward to the banking relationship."

"Probably the worst run branch I visit between among several different states. The downtown branch is excellent, but on every single occasion I've attempted to use this branch I've been the first person in line and told by the manager "someone will be right with you; thanks for your patience". This last time I got the same thing as I watched 4 employees chatting near the drive thru window (no cars at window) and avoiding eye contact as I again waited for the one teller working to finish her extremely long transaction with a customer. I don't make scenes so after 5 or 6 minutes standing there I gave up and walked out. Not one person said a thing to me which is odd since employees out numbered customers 5 to 1. As I said, not the first time for that type of service here but it will be the last time I visit this branch. Probably time to look for another bank."
