"Target Optical has the most friendly and helpful people working for them. I was on vacation in SLC when the arm of my glasses fell off. I dropped by and immediately, without asking any questions, they began helping me. The woman who took care of me, found a new screw, tightened ALL of the screws on my glasses, and then cleaned them handing me back a pair of sparkling glasses. I am so grateful for their kind and professional service."

"Target Optical is the best just not in this location. Customer Service is unprofessional, if your brown don’t go here. Went to get information 2 different times. The first time the lady with short blonde/red hair in the front seemed annoyed and irritated to be helping a couple that were clearly not understanding what she was saying because of a language barrier instead of being patient she just shook her leg and rolled her eyes to them. When my turn came I just wanted her to verify they took my insurance she treated me the same way as them Second time around I went and a different person was at the front, glasses guy with mustache checked my insurance and he said they didn’t take it, but I went to different target and they were able to do service under my insurance."

"I got to my appointment on time, but there was an issue with my insurance. I called my mom to get it figured out, and had made progress with the insurance, when the employee helping me took a phone call so we weren’t able to proceed with my insurance and figure out what other info I needed, until they finished the phone call. Because of this, we took too much time out of my appointment and I was informed that we were now “12 minutes into my 20 minute appointment, so now we need to reschedule.” I’m upset because I uploaded what I thought was my correct insurance and completed the forms requested before the appointment, so they should have been able to see that there was an issue with the insurance and reach out to me to solve the problem before I ever arrived, but they waited until I was there to resolve the issue, fully knowing that it would eat up appointment time. I also could have resolved the issue faster if the employee helping me hadn’t taken the phone call. I recognized that I played a part in the issue by having the incorrect insurance information, but I think it’s unreasonable to only schedule 20 minutes for an eye exam and leave no wiggle room for sudden issues that arise like my issue with my insurance."
