"In February 1, 2023 My Husband passed away at hospice, In Chiefland Florida. We had already decided that KNAUFF funeral home would be the one to do the services. And I’m so glad that we did . From the time that my Husband was picked up at Hospice We were treated like family and my husband was shown respected . Eddie Weems made this process of planning the cremation and service very comforting, and was very caring . He became more like family and continues to ask how I’m doing. Eddie has helped with several of my family and friends that have passed away. My Grandson Tyler and sister Donna were with me when we spoke to Eddie and we all felt very comfortable , Eddie was very kind and considerate to my needs . I believe that though the process this is why my grandson has decided to further his education as a Funeral Director . Thank you to all of the staff at KNAUFF that may have taken a part . Sincerely, Frances Hill and Family ."

"My father passed away in December 2022, Bruce couldn't have more helpful!!! He was so kind and patient, took his time and explained everything. This was our first experience with planning a funeral and took excellent care of us as if it was his own family. We appreciated his honestly when it came to flowers, we didn't need them due to my father being in the Army. He felt we could use the money for something else in the future. I would Highly recommend Bruce in Chiefland! Thank you for taking such great care of our dad!!!"

"My step mother chose this place for my fathers funeral when our family has always used Daniels Funeral Home in the past. My dad's service was completely butchered. His Obituary was filled with spelling errors and lies. I called them to straighten it out and did receive a call back from a man named Bruce. I explained to him about the spelling errors in my children and my names, i also told him that my husbands name was completely left out and also that I was an only child. My step brother and sister were not only listed before me but were listed as my dads own children. I couldn't believe what I was reading. Bruce assured me that it would be corrected in time for the service. It was not, and to add more fuel to the fire, at the graveside service my children and I had to sit threw the humiliation of our names being misread, I mean my daughter's name for example is Alexis and her name at the service was Alex. I also had to listen to his step children being referred to as his own biological children. No son or daughter should have to go thru that when they bury a parent. Not only was I embarrassed, I was hurt to. My dads death has been painful enough without the extra.. They do not care about getting anything right for the family or at least getting the obituary in the right order. At the graveside service their behaviour was very unprofessional, taking phone calls during the service. When the service was over they immediately started moving flowers and lowing my dad into the ground. I watched as the stumbled all over my grandmothers grave and other family members graves while trying to lower my father down. Worst experience ever."
