"We stayed for a couple of months in 2020 and fell in love with the place. Stayed again I believe 3 months in the summer of 2021. Summer of 2022 pool was broken 8 out of 12 weekends. Cable was out also most of the time. Manager at the time was trying to really pressure everyone to become annual residents. So much so that I was told the 3-4 month special would not be avaliable in the summer of 23. That was untrue. Anyhow with the pool being broken so often we did visit some wonderful springs. And we love the location. But until they upgrade their pool pumps we will not be back. There are also some good restaurants and walmart near by. We almost signed up for annual even though we are not full timers and we're pretty much just there on the weekends. It may be different now but too much shady stuff going on when we were there in 2022. But it is a very clean, nice resort."
"This is not a hotel but an RV resort. Very well kept grounds, inside facilities are immaculate, pool is wonderful. Lots of activities for adults. Gated community. Very nice staff. Very clean public bathhouse and laundry facility. Located just behind Walmart and many restaurants and other shopping and medical in the vicinity. I love it there."
"My family and I have traveled the state following my daughters travel softball team which constantly requires the need to find a place to park our RV for a couple nights. BY FAR, Southern Leisure is one of the nicest and cleanest resorts I have ever seen! Their staff is incredible and super friendly and their sites are all level concrete pads with all the amenities placed exactly where they need to be! Enoyed our stay on #64 this past weekend and would highly recommend Southern Leisure!!!!!!!!! Pat W."
"The park is in impeccable shape - looks brand new. The sites are huge with concrete slab, patio area and are nicely landscaped. Sparkling pool, cable, great amenities and daily planned activities (even in the summer). Club house offers something for everyone and the rates cannot be beaten for the amenities offered. After arriving, we extended from 2 to 6 nights. We will be back!"
