"I've been using this facility from time to time since it was built probably more than 20 years ago. Had a great experience recently with Rex the property manager. Super nice and accommodating. Facility has been renovated. Always clean. Highly recommended."
"So this storage facility was great. It was always clean, never any bugs or rodents, and they kept the bathrooms clean. They don't get my five-star rating for one reason, and that's the cost of goods. While I understand the economic shift upwards requires all businesses to adjust their prices to account for inflation, it is not a great practice to price gouge your loyal and long time 5 year customers. I started at a rate of 59.99 with the first month free for a 5x10 unit. When I moved out, the cost of the unit was 167.99 a month for the same space other new customers were paying 60 dollars for and a 10x20 was going for 99.00 for new customers. So their business model is the longer you have been our customer the more you will have to pay. So after 5 years I had enough. Three Stars for clean environment and very helpful staff, but falling short of the mark on the price. ~The Taurian Chef"
"If price gouging and 0% customer service is what you are looking for...then this is your place! Was a loyal customer on auto pay for over 5 years. My rate was increased from $83 per month to $236 over multiple increases. When I called to ask why, I was offered 1 rate reduction. So I got a quote from the competitor next door. $71 for the same sized unit and payed for the year to hold the rate. When I called to see of anything could be done to keep my business, I ended up in the auto queue on the phone as a new customer. Surprise...$99 for my same sized unit. So I went to the office to see if I could simply have that price to keep my business...Nope. so I moved out...early. Did they prorated the final month since they'd be able to rent the space to someone else...Nope again!! Don't waste your money like I did. Go somewhere else as there are SO MANY options."
