"At this point in time, July 31st 2024, they (Flex) have double charged my card and will not refund my money or answer my calls and emails. I'm furious at this point as the total is over 800$. The movers were great. Everyone in the office from start to finish has been horrible. The second charge, as you can see in the pictures, was supposed to be a refund of approx. 95$ but that never happened but instead I was charged over 700$."

Once I had her directly everything fell into place and went smoothly. She even called me on her day off because she noticed I called in and she wanted to make sure I was taken care of.
