"I usually shop at the store in New Port Richey on Little Rd., that's the store closest to my home; however, I'm house-sitting for my mom this week, and had been wanting to check this store out since it opened, so took this opportunity to go inside. This location seems much larger than the one I usually shop. It's well laid-out, brightly lit, and really beautiful inside (yep, I get excited when I shop, lol). When I walked in, I was greeted by a really sweet young lady (I'm so sorry, I didn't get your name!), who was also really helpful - she explained that the loud noise I was hearing when I walked in was the blow dryer someone was using in the self-service dog wash. I knew some locations had that service, but had never seen one and knew nothing about it, so she explained how it works; the store provides the shampoo/conditioner, there are 3 stations: 1 for the big dogs, 1 for medium, and 1 for the little guys (that one is at the "human's" waist height so you don't kill your back). Each station has a step for the pup to use to get into the shower; there's a built-in leash so you can keep your baby from leaving before the work is done; they have a stack of towels (included in the price) for use on your pup, then you can blow dry him/ her so your car seats don't get wet. Best of all, the price is super LOW - around $5.50 per use or a flat rate of like $40 for 5 washes... best of all, they clean the tub when you're finished, your bathroom at home stays clean and dry & there's no extra laundry for you! I went and looked at it, and the area was very clean, there wasn't a mess of hair all over, it appears they keep it clean after each use. I'm taking my Echo tomorrow for a shower! The store has a huge selection of food for cats & dogs - to many brands to count! Wet food, dry food, treats, toys, you name it. They also had aquariums with a variety of fish, though I wasn't really paying attention to that section of the store. I'll definitely be shopping at this store anytime I'm at my mom's house and need pet supplies. If you're in the area and have pets, I DEFINITELY recommend this store."

"From the moment I walked in the store, I was greeted right away and asked if I had any questions they were there to help. Everyone is approachable. To see a manager (Rob) on the floor working with his staff and not hiding in an office was nice. This place is one of the cleanest pet stores I have ever been at. Everything has a place. You don’t have things in the wrong areas. I was really surprised by the self washing area. I will definitely be coming here to wash my bigger dog. At the check out Kyle whom was nice enough to carry my heavy bag of bird food to my car. I have NEVER been asked that at any other pet supply store. So many reasons to shop here * Convenience * Friendly staff * Clean store * Selections * Groomer available If you haven’t been here you should check it out. I am glad I did.. oh don’t forget the bins place next door!!!"

"I came in here yesterday twice because I rescued a mother cat and babies I cannot begin to tell you how helpful the staff was from the very first time I walked in to the last time that I walked in everyone was so kind. What's more is the polite staff ended up giving me a generous discount because the product was found cheaper somewhere else to my surprise. I will absolutely be back until everyone that needs pet supplies that this is the place to go. Thank you!"
