"Way over priced compared to other places. The items are old and they need to be clearance out. The animals are caged in a boring environment, not great for the animals as they need to be mentally and physically active. The manager is like a used car salesman, the workers are ok they need more training about animals. Terrible experience on my end."

"If I could give this absolute nightmare of a “pet store” zero stars I would, the SADDEST pet store I’ve been to in my life, as you walk in you’re greeted by a couple very sad looking tanks with guinea pigs in them with no toys and not food or water all they had were little domes ,then it’s very bare minimum as you walk further in but once you get to the back is where I had to fight back tears , the condition that they put these animals in is absolutely inhumane to say the least, there was more dead fish than I could count , there was beta fish in suuuuper tiny glass bowls CLINGING to life, and unfortunately and surprisingly only one had passed, ALL of the fish were barely moving , it reeked of dead fish …it was VERY apparent that most of the fish had been dead for a while, and the reptiles were VERY slow and barely moving ,we informed the man at the counter and all he had to say was “oh, sorry” and let out a chuckle,absolutely DISGUSTING this needs to be brought to someone’s attention ,these animals need to be saved and this place needs to be CONDEMNED, unfortunately I only got one photo because it was way to upsetting for us to be in the store any longer ."

"They are only in for the money. I bought some birds and I paid them more then half and they ended up selling them to some one else who could pay for them right away. So they said they called me, I never got any calls. I keep up with payments weekly and everything. Learn from my mistake don't buy a pet for more that $250 if you can't afford to pay right away, they will sell it and disappoint you. Don't surrender your pet to them they will over price them. I liked better their land o lake location the owner was nicer to me and my wife. I was going to their land o lake location for years, so sad they had to close."

"Not the best service. 2nd time ever visiting the store. My daughter and I walked in and were looking at getting additional fish. There was someone already being helped so my daughter was and I waited patiently. I head the door chime go off and a lady appeared a couple seconds later and said hello to my daughter. She started looking at ghost shrimp. The kid that was helping another couple walked right past my daughter and I no acknowledgment whatsoever. Like we didn't even exist and proceed to help the lady. I was like bruh. He continued to help her not a word said to me as I'm at least a arms length away. He got her shrimp and told her I'll check you out in front. Any other time I would of made a scene but I'm not gonna set that get me out of character in front of my daughter. So I just left still no acknowledgment from the salesman as I left. I will never ever ship there and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. Sadly to say I would probably get better service at PetSmart or Petco unfortunately. I went to foster exotic pets waaaaayyyy better service. Save yourself the trouble!"

"Friendly, knowledgeable staff with a nice selection of reptiles and fish along with fresh feeders of all kinds. Recently adopted a crested gecko and a baby bearded dragon from them and they are both thriving in their new environments."
