I usually don't have to wait long, if at all, and both Dr. Jellinger and his assistant Farah explain things very well. They are also excellent listeners to questions and information I have. "When i called to schedule my appointment, i spoke with Melba who answered the phone. She was very kind, patient with all of my questions and helpful. Today was my first time at this office meeting with Dr. Sam Lerman’s Personal Assistant Diane Ashley PA. She was extremely nice, professional, fully knowledgeable in all of my medical issues, very thorough, she took her time to go over everything in detail and listened carefully to all of my concerns and needs. She made me feel very comfortable and safe and to me all of this is extremely important. I am looking forward to following through with all of the instructions she gave me and following up to try to better my health. The phlebotomist was great with me since, I’m petrified of needles and she was patient with me and she was able to find my vein with no problem and this was a huge blessing so, i was extremely grateful and relieved. Melissa who attached my Dexcom G7, was very patient with me due to my phobia of attaching a monitor in my arm for 10 days but, she explained to me it was not a needle and it’s only a tiny piece of plastic as an IV. That made me feel much less scared and relieved. I highly recommend this office even though it was an hour and a half (1 1/2) to 2 hour wait before being seen, but it was worth it. Thank you."

"I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I received at your office. I scheduled an appointment two months ago and provided my insurance information over the phone, specifically asking about lab work due to some concerning levels from my primary care provider. I was assured that my insurance was accepted at that time. However, when I arrived this morning, I discovered that my new insurance had not been updated in your system, and I was informed that while my insurance is accepted, it is not covered for lab work. This information was not communicated to me earlier, despite my explicit mention of the need for lab work. If this had been made clear two months ago, I would have sought care from a different specialist. Additionally, I found the front desk staff to be unhelpful and dismissive of my concerns, which only added to my frustration. The lack of clear communication and support throughout this process is deeply disappointing. I left the office feeling extremely frustrated and disheartened. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future patients."
