"They are always polite and friendly to me when I visit from Northern Alabama. My paperwork is always ready, never misplaced and the wait time is reasonable. My experience as a visitor is nothing close to what I see others posting. I am rating them based off of my interactions with their staff."

"I take back everything I’ve said… they have been treating me for three months. I’m pregnant. Abruptly I’ve been told they don’t take my insurance (united healthcare) after they’ve taken it for three months. And that I’m out of network 8,000. Called my insurance provider and none of it was true… strangely enough they’ve never billed my insurance once. she even went above and beyond to check the website, and sure enough, on their website it says they take united healthcare (as they’d told me upon intake.) they offered no explanation for this and didn’t provide further details. I’m at a loss."

"The worst excuse for a clinic I've ever seen. Idk why it's called a treatment center when most of the clients are using every narcotic known to man with no repercussions. Counselors in and out of there like a revolving door and you may not even be assigned a new one for months. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. The director doesn't care about anything but her salary"

"When I first became a patient/ I gave up being prescribed Dillaudid/Roxycodone/ Opana and lortabs I gradually tried to escape from my body needing them and my mind saying quit them again. I have 3 plates/18 screws and pins/and very quickly progressive inflammatory arthritis and Rheumatoid Arthritis. The Clinic was named ECD. The BHG crew took over and if an employee lasted 6 weeks it meant they couldn’t get a job anywhere. Turnovers are frequent here. Sad. Like everyone else says —- it’s very unorganized."

"Highly unorganized. Have no resources for those of us who can't work. If you miss a day you're still charged. I get a new counselor every month and none of them have been a help. They have no compassion. The employee turnover rate is absolutely ridiculous. I cannot afford to pay the fee to dose bc they stopped the grant when all other clinics still have grants. This place is overcrowded and understaffed. I believe you should nhave been addicted to something to be a counselor bc they sure as hell don't understand what withdrawal or the inability to pay is. If u skip a day, it takes 2 to feel like ur normal self. The Dr has a ridiculously horrible bedside manner and no personality. Unfortunately it's the best of the worst here but I guarantee they'll be responsible for their unprofessional shi$"
