"Our local Beltone office is great and has given great service for years. I gave 3 stars because my new updated hearing aids have not worked well from the beginning. The local office is trying to get them replaced. If that happens I’ll gladly change the rating to 5 stars. They did replace my hearing aids but I still can’t hear as well with them as I do with my old battery operated ones. My husband likes the new chargeable ones better because he hears better with them, but I continue to hear better with my old pair. Beltone is maintaining them however just as if they were newer. For that I give them 5 stars."
