"GO ELSEWHERE! I visited this office on 12/17/18. I made a 7:20am appointment so I wouldn’t be late for work- she was 45 min late seeing me so I was late anyways. After spending 5 min with me she wasn’t sure what was causing my issue so she ordered blood tests and prescribed me over $200 of prescriptions for me to pickup later that day. Why would she order all those prescriptions when she doesn’t know what’s causing my issue? I went to pick them up after work, but the pharmacy didn’t have them. I called her office and left a message, thinking they’d call me back the next morning, they didn’t. I called back around noon and the prescriptions “didn’t get called in”. After 3 days, I still hadn’t heard back from them regarding my blood tests; I called in and they said everything was normal. Why didn’t they call me 2 days ago when they got my results? If everything looks normal then what could be causing my issue? I was told I could make an appointment if I wanted to talk to the Doctor. She can’t spend 5 min on the phone with me to tell me what it could be and how to proceed? “She’ll call you back”. That was on 12/20/18. Today is 1/16/19. I have called 15+ times, they never answer. I left 5+ voicemails, and haven’t received a call back. At this point I just want my blood results sent to me so I can see a different doctor. I paid for the blood tests, and it’s a legal right to have your own medical records. Good dermatologists are booked for weeks straight, and there’s a reason why you can see Dr. Gutierrez on short notice."

"After reading all the negative reviews we were expecting the worst at our appointment. We waited about 5 min to be taken to a room and saw Dr G abt 3 min later. She was very thorough, kind, and caring. She took 2 biopsies. The entire staff were very professional and helpful."

"I have visited her office two times, once to deal with an issue and once for a general check-up. I did not have any wait time for either visit. The office staff is very friendly. The best way to describe the overall experience is warm and caring. Dr. Gutierrez took plenty of time with me and has an outstanding bedside manner. I highly recommend her practice."

"She is one of the doctors who is doing it for the money. I felt that she does not care about her patients at all. Twice after having lab work done I had to call the office three times. She had my abnormal results for three days and didn't call me back. She is always very late even if you are get first appointment of the day. Asked her question during appointment and she said lets talk about it another time so she gets paid for another visi instead of addressing right there"
