"The Joint Chiropractic cannot get it together. I tried TWICE to get my home clinic to transfer from this location to the Central Park one and every time I need to do paperwork related to my account they keep telling me that I have to go back to this one. I had my account frozen from June to September because I had to be out of the country. This week I tried canceling my membership, 3 weeks before the deadline for my account freeze. I personally showed up at this location to have my membership cancelled, which supposedly they do and send me a confirmation email. That same day they charged my card to renew the membership. I came back to this location two days later to initiate a refund and they said they can’t do anything and they need to email management who will respond in 5 business days. But they also said they can see the cancellation on my account. So what am I being charged for? And why is the process to cancel the membership so inefficient, time consuming and cumbersome? On top of everything you charged me but now my account is completely inactive so even if I wanted to give you one last try I can’t even consider that. On second thought, you have been so inefficient and disrespectful that I don’t even want to give The Joint a second chance. Give me my money back!"

"Not thrilled with my attempt to revisit. Didn't get the same treatment now that I dont have the monthly subscription. I was told I couldn't get them because "it would only help now not long-term" as if thats not the standard for all chiro treatment leaving me feeling like I was charged 45 and got less than helped. If I were on the fence about restarting my plan I will definitely now look elsewhere before going where I'm not welcomed when budgeting"

"3/18/24 STILL CHARGING ME!!!! This place is an absolute joke, cannot believe the incompetence of these people. This would be a 5-star review if it weren’t for the lousy administrative assistants at the front desk. I cancelled my membership three weeks prior to my next billing due- their policy is just 48 hours before. There is no reason I should’ve gotten charged. I went here out of desperation, I was in SO much pain. Despite all of the negative reviews, I still decided to go. Signed up for the monthly plan, and was told I could cancel after one renewal. When the renewal came up, I kept getting notifications from my credit card company that the charge had been denied- which made no sense as this is my credit card with a fairly high credit limit. This happened for about 3-4 days. With no phone call from the front desks workers, just continuous attempts at charging with no success. Finally I did receive an email that my card was being declined, I called and spoke with the front desk person and she read the card back to me and it was a completely different card, that didn’t match ANY of my cards, so they attached someone else card to my account???? The whole ordeal was completely unprofessional and unsettling that they can misuse cards so easily. That day, I filled out the cancellation form on 1/22. Didn’t hear back and had a feeling this was going to be an issue, so I sent a follow up email on the 1/30 to make sure the cancellation was received and I did receive a confirmation back. Since I could tell this place is completely unorganized, I did anticipate a charge after my cancellation. Sure enough, I was charged on 2/14. I called and spoke with the front desk person and she told me it wasn’t their fault and it isn’t their responsibility. Cannot believe this place. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere."
