"I got my BBL done with Dr. Fisher back in 2021. Here is what my experience was from start to finish… I had put down a deposit and was excited to get started. Leading up to the surgery, I was extremely nervous for the pain and also wanted to consult with Dr. Fisher about the shape, what would be realistic, if I should gain weight, etc. I had so many questions! They have you email pictures of your body but that’s literally it. I never spoke to Dr. Fisher until maybe 10 minutes before my surgery. This is an EXTREME RED FLAG. What kind of surgeon doesn’t make the time to meet with patients at least once over zoom or over the phone before day of surgery? How are we supposed to prepare or feel comfortable knowing we are literally paying thousands of dollars and we don’t know what kind of shape we’re going to come out with?? Before my surgery, I check in to the office and I got zero information on fajas and what I need for recovery. Day of my surgery is the first time ever I meet Dr. Fisher. We meet for 10 minutes and I’m showing him my wish pics and he doesn’t even look at them. He literally just glanced over and told me everyone is built different. Then when I told him I’m nervous, he responded with “well yeah, what kind of smart person does plastic surgery during a pandemic?” Honestly, he was extremely rude, cold, disrespectful… and this was the man that was about to do an invasive surgery on me? He didn’t bother to look at my shape and go into detail as to what I would look like after surgery and explain what my results will be. Instead he left and I waited hours until my surgery all alone in a cold room until someone came to get me for surgery. Typically for surgery, you have an anesthesiologist that gives you something to help your nerves. But nobody came and helped. Then I was taken into the surgery room where the anesthesiologist kept trying to calm me down with his words and kept saying things like “you remind me of my daughter” or “you look like my daughter” while I was literally laying their naked ready for surgery. I asked if they had anything for the anxiety and they said “yeah yeah yeah we do” then boom I was knocked out for surgery. When I woke up, they didn’t properly wake me up from the anesthesia and take their time. They woke me up abruptly and instead of waiting for me to properly wake up (like any good surgeon does), they just put me on the wheelchair still completely drugged up and took me to their back door where my fiancé would pick me up. There was a dumpster and it was sooooo shady looking like they’re dumping me in a back alley way. Due to not being woken up properly, not given any anti nausea medication for waking me up, I got back to the hotel room and literally projectile vomited everywhere. The recovery was the worst pain I ever experienced in my life - including the massages. Now, I’m giving it two stars because at the time the staff was suuuper sweet to me, including my masseuse (who apparently owned a recovery house). She was gentle and sympathetic towards my pain and made me feel better emotionally after every session. However the pain was UNREAL. I was barely given enough pain pills and had to save them for my massages, so I basically was healing without pain medication. Bring a lot of ibuprofen!!! As for my results, I spent thousands of dollars not to get what I wanted. I would’ve rather invested a few more thousand dollars and went to a real professional like Dr. Jung in Houston, TX. Where he sets realistic standards for you and consults with you about what you will most likely look like after surgery. The reason I put two stars is because despite the absolute unprofessionalism, bed side manner, and how poorly they treat their patients, I still like my results. Do I love them? No. He says wish pics aren’t realistic but somehow he makes everyone look exactly the same? Every picture of a woman coming into his office has the same exact body leaving. Dr. Fisher is not as “artistic” as he thinks he is and extremely unprofessional."

I have no complaints and every single person at this facility has been very nice and made me feel at home , from the receptionists , to office personal , to cleaning staff , doctors , and my masseuse Julie .
