"First, the good. Dr. Kaiser has an excellent bedside manner, a refreshing curiosity, and a willingness to talk through a patient's concerns. The bad: this office cannot seem to hold on to staff. Their injection hours change every single month (sometimes every week!!) with very limited hours. In July 2024 they were open just THREE days. THREE. I rearranged my entire schedule to make it for one of the three days and had to wait 45 minutes despite the almost empty waiting room."

"I made an appointment weeks in advance, kept my daughter home from camp, took half a day off from work and they called me 20 minutes ahead of time to cancel. I had my daughter off of antihistamines for a week, which caused her to suffer greatly. Do not use Premier Allergist under any circumstances."

"It appears ALL premier allergist offices are horrible at keeping appointments. 2nd time an appointment made 1 month in advance is cancelled a week before, only to need to schedule another appointment another month in advance. Going on over 4 months of suffering with no resolution to my issue. Such odd spontaneous hours office to office, even when attempting to follow up regarding symptoms in an initial consultation was left with a voicemail that was never returned. As nice as most of the associates are, worst experience I have ever had from any doctor's office, going on 3 different Premier Allergist in DC area so far, all left with the same issue."

"I've always had a good experience with this office. I can recall 1 time a mistake happened, and while it was a bit inconvenient, it didn't impact my experience. The front desk has always been very friendly kind with me. The medical assistants(?) That give my shots have always been very consistent and efficient. Overall really great experience here. Thanks for all that you do!"

"This place while a nice facility is VERY inconsistent with their office hours. Often what's posted online does not match the several paper posts spread across the office. Its ridiculous. Been going here for several years now and its always been this way. I've ignored this simply because they are 5 minutes from my house and can go get a shot without an appointment. That said, it very unpredictable if they will even be open if I have not been in the office to see every paper post. Its time for a change.."
