"I was there getting my blood drawn and overheard management say this girl couldn't register people to vote and that they do not care about black voters having access to these resources. When I asked the lady why they turned her away she said 'we don't like blackies here'. I would give them negative stars if I could. Management is rude and nasty and so are the staff."

"I was referred by a friend to go to this place. My first and only visit was horrible. The staff was rude and stuck up. I did have at least one employee who was somewhat nice, I did get her to crack a smile. At first they were telling me that I couldn't donate because my address on my ID was different from the address I live at. Then they went ahead and sent me to the back. This was my first time ever donating plasma and so I really have no idea as to how the machines work. So of course when after so much blood came out and the machine stopped, I thought it was normal. Come to find out that the placement of the needle had started to blow my vein. The tech came and swapped arms and walked away. I get it if I was a regular and understood what was going on that it would be okay to walk away for 20 to 30 minutes at a time. But a first time, the techs should walk by and check on the person every few minutes. After swapping the line to my left arm, it took roughly 15 minutes before anyone came to check on me. They had the machine set to return and in the process, the blood pumped back into my arm caused my vein to swell and it blew my vein so bad that even a week and a half later, I still have a terrible bruise starting to wrap around my elbow. After I was done, I checked the app to see when I could come back with the hopes of getting a different tech, it said I could donate again in 2 days time. Now when I look it says I am unable and to contact the facility. I have called and called to find out why. I let my phone sit on speaker for 12 minutes and never got an answer. I have pictures for proof of the damage done to my arms. I am one very unsatisfied person especially when looking for work and my potential employers look at me and ask why I have two horrible bruises on my arms. Thankfully, some understand how blowing veins work with donations. I advise everyone to go to the donation center over by I-16 instead of this sad excuse of a donation center. And to the employees, if you hate your job so much, quit. Find a different job that you don't make you look and act like you just found out your spouse just cheated on you."
