"My last visit was to check on how my 2 week period with my new hearing aids was going. I love my new hearing aids. The information they gave me about what the various hearing aid features were spot on. Jill's knowledge on how my insurance company works made things super simple. Very knowledgeable. It made my choosing my brand/model of hearing aid a no brainer. They've worked well during the time I've had them. Questions I had about how to use the app when streaming from my TV or answering a cell phone call were easily answered. Super patient. A little fitting adjustment was made to ensure the hearing aids did not readily come loose. Jill took great care of me and addressed all my question. Everyone at the office was super nice and helpful including setting up my next checkup. A bonus is that they have complimentary coffee and cookies that Jill makes. I am so glad that I got the promotional material from Audiology & Hearing in the mail and that they were on the list from my health insurance company. Their location off Center Street is ideal for me. I will recommend Audiology & Hearing Center of Venice to my friends !"

"After having the right hearing aide sent out for reconditioning the left hearing aide stopped working just before I was to pick up the right one. It cost $500 (because after 5 years it was no longer on warranty)to have the first one reconditioned. They replaced the internal components, and battery so the hearing aid is basically a new one. I initially was told that I would have to pay an additional $500 for the second one as well. I later received a phone call from the hearing aid people stating that I was in warranty on the left one which seemed weird to me because I bought them both at the same time. They said I didn’t have to pay anything because it was in warranty happy birthday! Another few days had passed and I got a call telling me that they had made a mistake I would have to pay the $500 because it was in fact not in warranty they had put in the wrong number. The system found the one I had just repaired. When I went to pick up the left one after all was said and done, the Dr decided to charge me half price because of their error, which I thought was a very nice thing to do . Not everyone would’ve done that. It was very appreciated, especially since I had had a very bad week with some other unexpected expenditures. Both hearing aides virtually brand new and working well now. Thanks to Dr Adam’s at Audiology &Hearing Ctr of Venice for such great service."

"An incredible experience. Not only was the audiologist extremely knowledgeable and experienced, she was friendly and kind. My 97 yr old mother was thrilled to be treated by her. The receptionist was warm too. The entire visit was comfortable and complete. She saw both of us and gave us a lot of good information. We have been to other audiologists before and she is way more Helpful and pleasant than any others that we have seen. We would recommend this practice to anyone in need of comprehensive care in a relaxed environment:"
