"I was treated very well. No waiting, nice office, friendly staff. Addendum: I have received treatment there for several visits and it has been a great experience. I have no idea why the negative reviews. The staff have treated me well, no waiting, very professional."
"The doctor was over 2 hours behind and they don’t care to contact their patients to at least give them a heads up or to reschedule. Majority of the staff left for the day as I was still sitting in the waiting room an hour and 15 minutes after my appointment. I asked why didn’t they care about their patients or their time and they said “we just don’t call to reschedule.” I had to leave work early and use PTO to make this appointment just to be stuck sitting here. Also, a few months ago I needed blood work done for a new medication. Went to Quest, no paperwork there. Called the office 3 times. No response. Had to drive to the office and wait to get the paperwork that they should have already sent over. This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen."
"Do not recommend. Their office and the lab do not communicate. Called in advance requesting them to send my lab request to the lab??? Something that should be expected from them and I went out of my way to double check it. Lady at the front guaranteed they sent them. You guessed it! No lab requests, I am out of my medication and my follow up appointment is coming up. They are incompetent."
"I had an appointment with them for June 28th. On June 19th I received a note from them saying my appointment was canceled due to Dr West not being in the office that day. This appointment was made back in December. When I called back, as requested, to reschedule, they told me the first available was in October. So they canceled my appointment and then moved me to the back of the waiting list. If you want to be treated like just another patient($), this is the place."
