"The receptionist was very cordial and professional. The facility was very clean and comfortable. Although I was there for a very uncomfortable procedure, Tim, the technician, was very patient and understanding. He gave me time to "be ready" for each step. I did not feel rushed to get it done. When it became too uncomfortable, he stopped until I was ready to proceed. He answered my questions, was not condescending to this non-medical person. Although I hope to never have this procedure again, if it became necessary, I would go to the GI lab at NKC Hospital."
