"Usually I get great customer service especially from Carla, however my husband went to pick up my package and no one was at register so went looking around and found employee believe it was Destiny and he said I'm here to pick up package and she continued to fold clothes and ignored him. Then she went back got the package and nothing no thank you nothing. Mind you my husband is very laid back so for him to even say something is unusual. He just said we will never go back. Maybe it was a bad day? But management should follow up"

I thought maybe that how they are but another customer came in and they were giving her top notch customer service. She was welcomed, I was ignored.
