"A bit upset when I ordered a pair of shorts (requested size M) at the mall and when I got shipped, it was an XXS. Tried reaching out to UO customer service, but they were not able to resend a different size."
"Crew was great and very helpful! The workers were so sweet and helped me get an outfit for an event. The only issue I had was with management, Stephanie kept micromanaging the workers while they were helping me! Making distracting comments about how “They need to focus on the guest” while they were actively trying to help me! There’s nothing wrong with staff talking to each other and quite frankly if there is no family environment the service is bound to be bad. LET THEM WORK!! They don’t make enough money to be disrespected by management in front of customers. Would definitely visit again but not if Stephanie is making a toxic work environment, the staff doesn’t deserve that."
