"Saltgrass Steak House has become our go-to steakhouse to satisfy our carnivorous cravings on a whim, without breaking the bank. We always order the ribeye, cooked medium rare and I occasionally order the Urban Cowboy - NY strip with 4 plump shrimps smothered in lemon butter, also cooked medium rare! Our 7 yo son is a picky eater but gobbles down their grilled salmon, which is always grilled to perfection! The drinks are great, if you are unsure, give their Southside 45 a try - delicious and refreshing. The service, hands down, is consistent across the board and is exceptional. Shout out to Chris, Maiya and Marshall! No matter how busy the dining room becomes, their service never fell short! So far, we have been dining here once a month, sometimes, once a week. And as a LSC member, it makes every visit worthwhile! PS - the carrot cake is gigantic, but our son was able to finish 3/4 of it on his own! It's that good!"
