"Do not trust these people with your health care. My experience was dealing with management and the staff was horrible. I was a patient for 5 weeks I spoke to a doctor one time over the phone on my first visit he set a 3-month treatment plan that I could not continue because I feared for my safety. Warning signs were there on my first visit but because I had been a patient a few years ago at the RBC location and had great results I ignored the hostile environment and lack of privacy I witnessed every visit. For my last 2 visits, I paid with cash and didn't receive a receipt so after I paid cash the last time I asked for a receipt because their prices were not easy to understand. I asked for the handwritten receipt to reflect each charge just for clarification. I was not disputing charges I had already paid. Before I could leave I was confronted by a woman who said she was the manager and another woman sitting in the lobby who identified herself as someone who worked there demanding what problem I had. I told them it was already handled. The woman who had been sitting in the lobby jumped up from her seat and rushed at me to confront me and continued to stare me down nostrils flaring. I asked her why she was staring at me and every employee including the manager started yelling at her "Don't do it! Don't do it". The lady who had given me my injection that day apologized to me as I got to the door."

"I went Friday at 11am when they opened. Not realizing that the doctor wouldn’t be there until 1pm. Well I got my injection and paid $86 that day. I had an emergency so I wasn’t able to come back at 1pm. I wasn’t able to come back at all. So I come today to see the doctor. Well when I got to the window the “manager” said I owed $84. I said I paid Friday. She comes right off with a smart attitude. I was like I even went to the atm to get cash bc your card machine was down. So I went to get my sister because she seen me pay. When we got back to the door the “manager” plus two other workers came out there still arguing. I told them I was just going to leave because I’m not paying for something I already paid for. They threatened to call the cops. Then when my sister , her kids and I got in the vehicle. All 3 blocked us so we couldn’t leave. They finally told me I was banned from coming back. So my sister asked why did they let me leave Friday if i didn’t pay. The “manager” said it’s because I told them I’d be back. I said just because people say they will be back doesn’t mean they will. She said a lot of people say that & don’t come back. I told them to look at the cameras. They said they did. I asked if they wanted my number since they apparently didn’t have it & they said “it probably won’t be the right number anyways” so 2/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND after this incident. Take your business to the weight loss clinic on the drive. They’re a lot better anyways."
