"I can not express the confidence I have in Dr Gordon, Kristen and the staff at Baldwin Bone and Joint. Due to osteogenesis Imperfecta (chalk bones) and old age I am not a candidate for surgery. Even with this Dr. Gordon is always there when I need him regardless. His professionalism and caring bedside manner just makes me feel like I have choices that will treat at least my quality of life. The physician I was seeing for pain just doubled my medication when I complained of a new and different pain. . No exam nor X-ray. I made an appointment with Dr. Gordon and he had an X-ray done before even seeing me. In fact I did have a new fracture in my S1. This doctor shows so much compassion and professionalism and made me feel so comfortable. He immediately had appointments made for me with a bone specialist and a consult with another physician. I was very impressed and pleased with the friendliness and efficiency of all the staff. As someone very familiar with the healthcare system, I am very aware that there can at times be long waits at a doctor’s office; however, for this visit everything was incredibly timely: check-in, X-rays, MD visit. Dr. Gordon is a very high energy doctor, but he took the time to answer all my questions, explain things, and let me know what to expect during the course of my care so there were no surprises. I also left there with a plan; a plan of treatment and a better outlook on my life. I would not trust anyone but Dr Gordon should I ever need orthopedic treatment and or surgery. I thank you Dr Gordon and Kristen from the bottom of my heart."
