"We came here several times to drink coffee because... We lived in a hotel nearby. Both times the staff did not prepare the coffee we ordered. The first time they changed it, but with demonstrative irritation, the second time they tried to prove to us that they had added milk to our coffee, although there was no trace of it there. We did not seek the truth; we decided not to return here again."
