"Great product. I've purchased the Komodo (light roast) and the Plague Doctor (dark roast). Super Great Customer Service......I mean over the top customer service. Arrived to pick up my order and they had closed a little early. Sent them a message just suggesting that the "your order is ready text" include hours. Got an immediate call with the offer to get me my coffee. Camilla delivered it! I had no problem waiting until the next day. Her response to me was "we're all about customer service." I may be a very small customer but when you're treated like a big customer and the product is great how can you not rave and become a permanent fan."

"What an amazing hidden gem! I finally got a real espresso machine at home. All I needed now were some real beans! Any barista will tell you, you need freshly roasted beans for the perfect espresso. I searched everywhere but was relegated to grocery stores. Even when they had local-ish espresso, it was sitting on shelves for weeks or months. And it was ridiculously expensive because the Grocery stores (WF) needed their cut. Well Google finally led me here, right in my own neighborhood, I had no idea this local roaster existed. Now I can have delicious, fresh coffee beans roasted right down the street from me. I get to enjoy their amazing coffee and also support a local business. Plus it’s cheaper than WF because there’s no middle man and way fresher. I’ve had the Ghost Cat and Havana moon Espressos. Both were terrific. The Ghost cat was a little fruitier than I prefer but very good. The Havana moon was exactly what I was looking for. More of a caramel profile. This place (unfortunately) is not a cafe, but more of a distributor so it’s pick up or shipping only. But as soon as I place the order online my pick up is ready within 5 minutes made to order with my name on it. I just grab it and go. I highly recommend you try it whether you pick up or have it shipped. This is my new go to for all my fresh coffee beans. I’ll continue to support Palm Coffee Roasters and I hope they will do more advertising because I never even knew they were in my neighborhood."
